Our Basque pâté with Espelette pepper is crafted in Virazeil, Lot-et-Garonne. Inspired by the legend of Espelette pepper, it brings the spicy, traditional flavors of the Basque Country to your table. Perfect as a starter or picnic treat, made without additives, which explains the visible fat on top. Ingredients: Pork neck*, pork meat*, shallots, chicken broth (water, chicken carcasses, onion, salt, pepper), pork liver, bell pepper, salt, garlic, pork gelatin, rum (rum, salt, natural flavor), Espelette pepper 0.5%, pepper. *Origin: France Storage: Store at room temperature before opening.
