The story of Lucien Georgelin pâtés began 40 years ago, when Lucien himself made his pâtés in winter after making jams in the summer. Our Lyonnais pâté with andouillette and Beaujolais celebrates the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. Cooked in Virazeil, Lot-et-Garonne, it combines local meats and ingredients to bring the hearty flavors of Lyon to your table. Perfect as a starter or picnic treat, made without additives, which explains the visible fat on top. Ingredients: Pork neck*, pork liver, pork meat*, andouillette* 8% [pork stomach, pork chitterlings, pork trimmings, veal stomach, mustard (mustard seeds, preservative E222), white wine (sulfites), beef protein, vinegar, salt, egg white (acidity regulator: E330), spices, natural flavor on salt, preservative E250], shallots, whole egg, chicken broth (water, chicken carcasses, onion, salt, pepper), wheat flour, salt, garlic, Beaujolais 0.6%, pork gelatin, pepper. *Origin: France Storage: Store at room temperature before opening.
