Box of fruit jellies

The Roy René fruit jelly box contains 30 pieces prepared with carefully selected fruit: raspberries from France, quinces from Drôme Provençale, pears from Haute Provence, apricots and figs from Provence, blackcurrants from Burgundy.

It's made using a traditional process: fruit, sugar and pectin are slowly heated in an open cauldron to preserve the flavours and allow the natural pectin to work. The dough is poured, left to set, then cut by hand and rolled in sugar.

Presented in a collector's tin, this box highlights the quality of the ingredients and the care taken at every stage.
