The story of Lucien Georgelin pâtés began 40 years ago, when Lucien himself made his pâtés in winter after making jams in the summer. Our Gascon pâté with Armagnac and Agen prunes honors the Lot-et-Garonne region. Right after cooking, the prunes are soaked in Armagnac, giving a unique flavor all year round. Cooked in our workshops in Virazeil, Lot-et-Garonne, this pâté brings the convivial Gascon flavors to your meal. Enjoy it as a starter or picnic treat. Made without additives, which explains the visible fat on top. Ingredients: Pork neck*, pork meat*, rehydrated Agen prunes 15% (prunes, water), shallots, chicken broth (water, chicken carcasses, onion, salt, pepper), pork liver, salt, garlic, pork gelatin, Armagnac 0.6% (Armagnac, salt, natural pepper flavor, caramel coloring), pepper. *Origin: France Storage: Store at room temperature before opening. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 2 days.
