Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all countries within Europe, as well as the United States and Canada.

How long does delivery take?

Europe: 3–5 business days
United States: 10–14 business days*
Canada: 10–14 business days

*Delivery times to the United States may vary due to customs processing and changing import regulations.

How much does shipping cost?

We know that shipping can be quite expensive and costs can add up quickly. At The French Box, we offer fixed delivery rates, so you already know exactly how much you'll pay before you even start your order.

Europe: Minimum order: 20€. Delivery starts from 4.99€ or 7.99€, depending on where you're based in Europe. Enjoy free delivery on all orders over 40€.

Canada: Delivery starts at 44.99€. If you order more than 70€, delivery drops to 14.99€.

United States: Delivery starts at 44.99€. If you order more than 100€, delivery drops to 14.99€.

Shipping costs will be shown at checkout based on your location and order size. For pickup delivery, we will select the closest pickup point to your home with Chronopost.

Are your products authentic French products?

We carefully source authentic products from France to bring you a genuine French shopping experience. You’ll mostly find well-known French brands, and occasionally a selection of international brands that are officially available only in France.

How can I check the expiry date?

All food products are shipped with a valid expiry date. If you would like information about a specific product's expiry date before ordering, please contact us.

Do you sell fresh food?

No. We only sell shelf-stable products that are suitable for international shipping.

Are the ingredients listed in English?

Ingredients are provided on the original product packaging, which is typically in French. Some products may include multilingual labels, but English translations are not guaranteed.

Will I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?

Orders shipped within Europe are not subject to customs fees. For shipments to countries outside Europe, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Yes. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate any changes before your order is processed and shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before they enter the preparation process. Once preparation has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible. We recommend contacting us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept American Express, Visa, and Mastercard debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay for secure and convenient payments. You can also pay in 3 interest-free installments with Klarna, depending on your location and eligibility.

What if my order arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will review the situation and work with you to find a suitable solution.

Do you accept returns?

Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns of food products. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
