Return and Refund Policy of The French Box
At The French Box, we are committed to providing an exceptional experience for our customers. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to make a return or request a refund. Here are our terms for returns and refunds:

Our box products are carefully selected and packaged. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from the receipt of your package to contact us and request a return.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or was shipped in error. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the package reaches us safely.

Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to the payment method used for the purchase.
If you paid for shipping fees on your order, those fees are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or damaged.
Refunds will be issued within 10 to 14 days after the returned item is received. -
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for purchased products. If you would like a different product, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order. -
Defective or Damaged Products
If an item from your box is defective or damaged during delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and send a photo of the damaged product to our customer service. We will proceed with either a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference. -
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some products cannot be returned, such as food items or opened products. This will be specified on each product's page if applicable. -
Order Cancellations
Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of purchase, provided your order has not yet begun processing or when we have started purchasing the products on our side, we are no longer able to cancel the order. -
