Le Roy René's box of chocolate enrobes offers an assortment made from Mediterranean almonds, first toasted and then coated with a thin layer of chocolate. Each recipe showcases the expertise of the House's confectioners, with a rigorous selection of ingredients.

The range includes four emblematic specialities:

Olivettes: chocolate-covered almonds, evoking the colours of the olive groves of Provence.

Calamandes: almonds coated in nougat and then in white chocolate, for a sweet and delicious combination.

Milk chocolate-coated almonds: caramel flavour enhanced with a hint of salt.

Dark chocolate-covered almonds: also with a touch of salt.

The coatings are prepared in the Le Roy René workshops, where each stage, from toasting the almonds to coating them, is carried out with care. The box offers a variety of textures and flavours, to enjoy during a break or to share.
