At The French Box, we are committed to providing an exceptional experience for our customers. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to make a return or request a refund. Here are our terms for returns and refunds:
- Our box products are carefully selected and packaged. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from the receipt of your package to contact us and request a return. Items must be returned in their original condition, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or was shipped in error. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the package reaches us safely. All returns must be sent to the following address:

Once the return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to the payment method used for the purchase.
If you paid for shipping fees on your order, those fees are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or damaged.
